Switchtense confirmed for Resurrection Fest 2011
Portuguese thrash metal act, Switchtense are among the latest of killer bands to be confirmed for Monster Energy Drink’s Resurrection Fest! The band will be playing alongside big name acts such as Meshuggah, Bullet For My Valentine, Bring Me The Horizon, Sworn Enemy and more.
Metal Army has stated the following about Switchtense:
“The vibe here is still very much high octane and no frills, leaning luckily on the ‘pedal’ and ‘metal’ more than anything. Switchtense is more than mighty in its attempts, and it’s likely that we’ll be hearing more from the chaps in the near future.”
We have our copy of the bands latest self-titled release that was put out through Rastilho Records on May 9th of this year. We’re currently working on a review so keep your eyes peeled, I will tell you this though, they’re heavy as fuck!
